Return & Refund 

At Crackers Expo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and timely delivery. However, due to the nature of our products (firecrackers), we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.


1. Return Policy

Due to safety and legal regulations, we do not accept returns on any of our firecracker products once they are delivered. However, returns may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The item is defective or expired

To be eligible for a return in such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

  • The order was cancelled before shipping and falls within the cancellation window.

  • The product was damaged and no replacement is available.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. To request cancellation, contact our customer support immediately.
